When your home faces substantial damage — caused by a natural disaster, fire, flooding, or another unforeseen event — that requires your immediate presence, Ticket Protection ensures you are not penalised for attending to these urgent matters.
How to file a claim
Should the need arise, we have made the process as straightforward as possible.

Request a claim form
Start by reaching out to us at ticketprotection@celebratix.io to request a claim form.

Provide supporting documentation
Complete the claim form and attach any relevant evidence supporting your cancellation request (e.g. doctor’s certificate, insurance report).

Cancel your tickets
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you will be required to cancel the tickets purchased through Celebratix.

Receive your compensation
After confirming your cancellation, Celebratix will process your compensation in a timely manner.
