What Does the Ticket Protection Cover?
The Ticket Protection is designed to provide coverage for cancellations in the following situations:
Health Issues
Life happens, and sometimes it’s beyond our control. Should you need to cancel due to serious illness, a significant accident, or in the unfortunate event of a passing, the guarantee has you covered.
Family Emergencies
Family is important, and emergencies demand your attention. The Ticket Guarantee covers cancellations due to the death or life-threatening condition of a family member in the first or second degree.
Home Emergencies
When your home faces substantial damage—whether caused by a natural disaster, fire, flooding, or any other unforeseen event—that requires your immediate presence, the Ticket Guarantee ensures you are not penalized for attending to these urgent matters.
CLAIM
How to File a Claim
Should the need arise to use your Ticket Protection, we’ve made the process as straightforward as possible.

Request a Claim Form
Start by reaching out to us by sending an email to ticketprotection@celebratix.io to request a claim form.

Provide Supporting Documentation
Complete the claim form and attach any relevant evidence supporting your cancellation request (e.g. doctor’s certificate, insurance report).

Cancel Your Tickets
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you will be required to cancel your tickets purchased through Celebratix.

Receive Your Compensation
After confirming your cancellation, Celebratix will proceed with processing your compensation in a timely manner.
